Common Interest Developments Studies

In 2000, the Legislature authorized the Commission to conduct a general study of the law governing common interest developments ("CIDs"). The study has since grown and materials are now cataloged separately relating to specific CID-related subtopics. Click on the appropriate link below to find these materials.
