Small Associations - Study H-857
As part of its larger study of common interest development ("CID") law, the
Commission considered whether very small CIDs should be subject to the same statutory requirements
as larger CIDs. An initial focus on drafting simplified election procedures for small associations
was unproductive and the study was tabled. Materials relating to this topic are collected below.
