Commercial and Industrial Subdivisions - Study H-858
As part of its larger study of common interest development ("CID") law, the
Commission is studying the application of two parallel exemption provisions: Civil Code Section 1373, which exempts commercial and industrial CIDs from certain provisions of the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, and Business and Professions Code Section 11010.3, which exempts commercial and industrial subdivisions from the Subdivided Lands Act. See also the separate study of the scope of the exemptions provided by Section 1373. Materials
