Common Interest Development CC&Rs and Local Regulation - Study H-854
As part of its larger study of common interest development ("CID") law, the
Commission considered the relationship between an association's architectural standards and general
law. It recommmended that an association's archictectural standards be expressly subordinated to
general law. That recommendation was enacted into law. Materials relating to this topic are collected
