Deadly Weapons: Minor Clean-Up Issues
In preparing its recommendation on Nonsubstantive Reorganization of Deadly Weapon Statutes, the Commission compiled a list of 98 "Minor Clean-Up Issues for Possible Future Legislative Attention." The Legislature subsequently authorized the Commission to study those issues. See 2010 Cal. Stat. ch. 711, § 7. The Commission is currently working on some of the issues on the list (Items ##1, 35). It will do further work as time permits.
