Statutes Made Obsolete By Trial Court Restructuring: Part 6 - J1405
At the Legislature's direction, the Law Revision Commission has been reviewing the codes and recommending reforms to delete or update material made obsolete by trial court restructuring. For details, see Statutes Made Obsolete by Trial Court Restructuring. In Part 6, the Commission will continue this work.
