The Commission intends to consider a memorandum on the topic of charter schools and the Government Claims Act at its February 10, 2011 meeting in Sacramento. The main purpose of this memorandum will be to consider any public comment we receive on the policy issues raised in our prior memoranda (in particular the questions posed in Memorandum 2010-26).

It would be very helpful to the Commission's consideration of these issues, if we could receive your organization's comments on this topic by January 24.
