Quorum: The meeting will be held at the above location. If it is difficult or impossible to convene a quorum at the meeting, a quorum may be established and other action may be taken at the meeting by teleconference, accessible and audible to the public at the above location.

MCLE: The California Law Revision Commission is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE Provider. This meeting is approved for a maximum of 13 hours of MCLE credit, depending on how long the Commission meets. Meeting materials are available free of charge on the Internet or may be purchased in advance from the Commission.
