Quorum: The meeting will be held at the above location. If it is difficult or impossible to convene a quorum at the meeting, a quorum may be established and other action may be taken at the meeting by teleconference, accessible and audible to the public at the above location.

MCLE: The California Law Revision Commission is a State Bar of California Approved MCLE Provider. This meeting is approved for a maximum of 6 hours of MCLE credit, depending on how long the Commission meets. Meeting materials are available free of charge on the Internet or may be purchased in advance from the Commission.
