   Note. This will be the Commission's initial consideration of this topic, pursuant to a legislative directive. It will be the only substantive topic under consideration at the February 7 meeting. The Commission welcomes the input of all interested persons concerning public policies, legal issues, and suggested solutions relating to financial privacy matters.

3. Administrative Matters
   

   Employee Matters
   The Commission will hold a closed session to consider employee matters. The session will commence at 4:00 pm, or earlier if the discussion of Agenda Item #2 concludes before that time.

   Report of Executive Secretary
   Oral Report. May include budget, personnel, contract, meeting schedule, attendance, or other current agency administrative matters.
