The Citizen Complaint Act of 1997 (AB 206) (Gov't Code § 8330 et seq.) directs state agencies to "make available on their Internet websites ... a plain-language form through which individuals can register complaints or comments relating to the performance" of the agency. We have provided a simple comment form below.
