Civil Discovery Improvements - Study J-507
Resolution Chapter 150 of the Statutes of 2016 authorizes the Law Revision Commission to study the law governing discovery in civil cases. Pursuant to that authority, the Commission is examining a narrow question: Who bears the burden of seeking a court order when a person objects to the taking of a deposition?
